Developed and instituted HR function processes for the IT division at UNICEF that were used as a model for UNICEF HR division. This included contract renewal and negotiations, testing and interviewing, staffing strategies, plans, job descriptions, and competencies.
Established e-collaborative mechanisms for IT senior management at UNICEF that offered creative solutions, contributed to improved processes, and increased productivity.
Proved instrumental in leading and providing direction to all administrative assistants of the IT division at UNICEF thereby contributing to increased work productivity. This included involving them in work planning, project sharing, and team work. 
Coordinated the business continuity project activities. This included development and maintenance of a documentation repository for the project plan, timelines, and reports;  establishing e-collaborative mechanisms for the sharing of project information and deliverables; and facilitating and building consensus with workgroups towards a common approach to developing and finalizing disaster recovery procedures.
